Girls Gymnastics
Eagle's Wings Athletics provides a range of options, including recreational gymnastics classes and competitive team gymnastics exclusively for girls. Our classes cater to girls aged 5 and older, emphasizing the four Olympic events, trampolining, and various training stations. The primary aim of our recreational classes is to enhance both skills and self-confidence. This program is designed to teach fundamental techniques for each event while fostering strength and flexibility.
Girls Level 1
Ages 5-7; 8+ (Weekly - 55 minutes)
Our level 1 class is for girls just beginning gymnastics. The goals of these classes are to give each individual basic gymnastic terminology, teach basic body positions, and posture. Girls work on the four Olympic events (vault, bars, beam, floor) and trampoline.


Girls Level 2
5+ Years Old (Weekly - 55 minutes)
Level 2 builds upon the foundational skills that were introduced and developed in level 1. This level represents an exciting progression for young gymnasts, as they are taught more advanced and challenging skills across all of the Olympic events. Additionally, girls in level 2 will also have the opportunity to enhance their abilities on the trampoline. By building on what they've already learned, they will gain more confidence and refine their techniques as they take on these new and exciting challenges.
Girls Level 3
6 years and up (weekly - 90 minutes)
Beginner gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started. Athletes will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment. Class time is spent working on beginner skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 1.5 hours long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.
