Gym Fit Program
General Information:
Eagle’s Wings Athletics offers recreational classes for anyone with the desire to live a healthy lifestyle. Our Gym Fit classes are for ages 6 and up and focus on building core strength, cardio endurance, muscle strength, goal setting and more. The focus of our recreational classes is to build skills as well as self-esteem. This program is geared toward teaching conditioning skills, while developing strength and flexibility. We offer an 8:1 student/teacher ratio.
*Please wear a shirt that is either tight enough that it won’t come up while upside down, or a shirt that is long enough to be tucked in.

Weekly – 55 Minute Class
Ages 6+. This class focuses on building core strength, cardio endurance, muscle strength, goal setting and more. It is the ideal class for beginners all the way to advanced athletes. Students will use the floor, trampoline, weights and more to achieve their fitness goals.
