Friday December 9th:

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s a Super Baby!!!  Join us this Friday at EWA Allen from 10a-11a for our monthly Super Babies Workshop.  Get ready to stretch, roll, play and more with your child!  The cost is $4 for members and $6 for non members.  Siblings are welcome to join us and play in the gym with one of our instructors for only $3 per person!   See you in the gym!

Saturday December 10th:

The Mini Meet is this weekend and we are so excited for all the kids who have signed up to participate with us! Remember that this is a time where the parents/grandparents/family/friends get an up close and personal view of what your child has been learning in class! Bring your camera and get ready to have some fun! Please check out your session times below {different for each location} and let us know if you have any questions about Saturday.

If you signed up at our Prosper Location, your session times are as follows:

12:30p - Preschool Classes

2:00p - All Other Classes

If you signed up at our Allen Location, your session times are as follows:

1:00p - Preschool Classes and ATG 1

3:00p - Girls Classes, ATG 2, ATG 3, Boys Classes, Boys ATG, Tumbling Classes and T&T Classes

If you did not register for our Mini Meet, please to not show up ready to compete. We ordered trophies and ribbons according to our pre registrations. Also, please make sure to show up at the location you registered at so your child will be expected and not a suprise :]

Santa Claus is coming to town!!! Join us for Saturday Nite Out from 6p-10p for food, fun, dancing and SANTA!!!!  SNO is for ages 4 and up but is great for all ages!  Kids are grouped with their age group and rotated around the gym to all our fun stations!  We throw some free time and a dance party in there too, so there’s something for everyone!  Santa is coming for a special appearance, so don’t miss out!  See you Saturday!!! Cost is $20/child.

Sweetheart Saturday Nite Out {Both Locations!!}

It’s that time of year when date night is a must…leave your kids with someone you know you can trust!  EWA will be holding it’s annual Sweetheart Saturday Nite Out February 12th with extended hours going from 6p-11p!  The cost is $25 per child and food, games, free time and a dance party are just a few of the fun activities planned for the evening.

So while you and your sweetheart are out on the town, we will take care of your children!  As an incentive to bring your friends, we are offering a sweetheart discount to those who bring a friend along with them!  Bring a friend and you both get $5 off your entry fee making it ONLY $20 per person!!

Saturday Night Out This Week

Saturday Night Out is THIS Saturday from 6p-10p. SNO offers parents a chance to have a date night without the kids. Participants will be broken into age appropriate groups and will rotate around various events. The events include but are not limited to: tumble trax, trampoline, pit, games, and obstacle courses. Dinner and drinks are included in the price of the evening.

Each coach who works Saturday Night Out donates their time so that 100% of the profits go toward coach education and new equipment purchases. For our Early Eagle Discount, you must Pre Register and pay in the office before Saturdays at Noon. Non-members are welcome to attend as well!

EWA is coming alive over the next few weeks with tons of fun events! Read below and mark your calendars so you don’t miss out on all the fun!

August 14th - Space Odyssey Mini Meet - Sign Up Deadline is Wednesday August 11th

Mini Meets at EWA are a great way to see how your child is progressing in his/her class.

Each student enrolled in one of our Mini Meets will perform a combination of skills (routines) that they have learned in class. Our EWA team students will judge them based on their performance. Scores will not be given like in a real meet, but we will recognize if the students can successfully perform the skills on each event or if they need a little help. If all of the skills on the event are done well with no spot or help from the coach, they will receive a blue ribbon. If they need a spot or just can’t quite complete the skill, they will receive a green ribbon for doing their best. If the students receive all blue ribbons, they will also receive a trophy and will advance to the next class level! No matter what or how the student performs, they will all receive ribbons and be rewarded for doing their best!

August 21st - Make-Up Class 1p-2p

Join us for our monthly Make-up class Saturday July 17th from 1p-2p. Your child must be pre-registered to attend this make-up class. Without pre-registration, we cannot assure your child will have a coach on Saturday. Please call the office to make sure you are on the list {972.727.9911}. Can’t make it to the make-up class? Make sure to stop by the office to get a FREE Open Gym Pass instead!

August 21st - Parkour/Free Running Clinic 3p-5p

Parkour/Free Running Clinics at EWA are geared toward guys and girls who are interested in the Parkour/Free Running movement. These clinics focus on movement-efficiency techniques for Parkour and acrobatic movements for Free Running. Please call the office 972.727.9911 with immediate questions.
